Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

We recognise the importance of your experience as a patient and those of your family and friends. PALS can provide information and on-the-spot help for patients, relatives, friends and carers.

PALS is not just about complaints - we seek to improve our services provided to patients, by listening to the people who use them. This service also extends to our off-site network clinics.
PALS aims to deal with your concerns, quickly, courteously and in confidence.

How to Access PALS

  • The PALS service is available Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00pm
  • The direct line is 0151 482 7927 or extension 4795 from inside Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology
  • The PALS office is based on The CREST corridor (please ask at The Macmillan Information Centre or at main reception)
  • The PALS Lead for the Centre is Sue Relph - email sue.relph@ccotrust.nhs.uk
  • Ask a member of staff to contact PALS on your behalf

Safety

The safety and wellbeing of our patients, visitors, and staff is our prime concern. CCO has an active Risk Management Team and Health & Safety Committee, with staff continually involved in Quality Improvement projects.
